3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on hellowin. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, identity, device, payment method, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. hellowin is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of false, misleading, or outdated registration details.
3.3 KYC Verification. hellowin is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's Licence, and Passport. hellowin may request additional documentation at any time at its reasonable discretion.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hellowin login credentials. You must notify hellowin support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. hellowin shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hellowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the Platform's cashier page.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. hellowin maintains full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. hellowin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hellowin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion.
5.2 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only cash funds (bonus-free balance) are withdrawable prior to wagering completion.
5.3 hellowin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus awarded as a result of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse strategies.

6.2 hellowin uses independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all electronic games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment under monitored conditions.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, hellowin reserves the right to void the affected round. Where possible, hellowin will restore the Player's account to its pre-round balance. hellowin's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR review processes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hellowin and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hellowin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.2 hellowin's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your hellowin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 hellowin makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
11.1 hellowin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on hellowin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 hellowin will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory bodies is conducted exclusively as required by Philippine law.
12.1 hellowin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance.
12.2 Your continued use of the hellowin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the hellowin Platform shall first be referred to hellowin's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority.
13.3 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the final resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above processes.
